Job Title: Sales Manager Norway

At Clarios, we're driving innovation and growth in the automotive aftermarket. As our Sales Manager in Norway, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving key functional objectives and executing main tasks.

Functional Objectives:
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the market and its relevant players in all channels.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with diverse customer profiles and channels.
  • Proactively identify and solve challenges to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to achieve organizational goals.
  • This position has a remote setup, with an ideal location near the Norwegian border and reports to the Country Sales Manager also based in Stockholm.
Main Tasks:
  • Customer relationship management at all management levels and all relevant functions.
  • Develop and implement account plans with all customers to create value and business results.
  • Provide monthly forecasts, generate an understanding of risks and opportunities, track results, and develop corrective actions if needed.
  • Develop and implement Marketing activities in close alignment with the Marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • Proven track record in sales management or a similar role, ideally within the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex challenges.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner in both Swedish and Norwegian language, strong communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment to achieving sales objectives.
  • Desired personality traits include a proactive and results-oriented approach, valuing collaboration and working effectively in a team, prioritizing customer satisfaction and relationship-building, embracing innovation, and being open to adopting new technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding and capacity to engage on technical topics, experience of utilizing technology in the delivery of training such as webinars, social media, full driving license, and willingness to travel flexibly across a wide area in average 3 days per week.
