About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Retail Norway to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our Nordics leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Norwegian retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in Norway.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and partners in Norway.
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the Norwegian retail market.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and Swedish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and presentation.
