Job Description

Growth

  • Collaborate with existing franchise partners to identify and develop growth opportunities and roadmaps, including new stores, concepts, or brands.
  • Analyze market trends and franchise performance to recommend strategies and support the team with execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to partners to optimize their business operations and profitability.
  • Work closely with the expansion/retail team to support signings and project approvals.
  • Help set growth playbooks, goals, and budgets per partner.
  • Ensure business cases are well-researched, data-driven, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Project Management

  • Assist with the onboarding of new partners into the group.
  • Project manage timelines and key deliverables for new partners and ensure teams and functions are delivering according to timelines within franchise.
  • Help solve problems and challenges faced by new partners.
  • Establish a clear way of working with partners, including common sharepoints, templates, and documentation.

New Markets Support

  • Support the Head of New Markets and Head of Franchise when analyzing and reviewing new partner or new market opportunities.
  • This includes business case analysis, market due diligence, partner due diligence, competitor mapping, and more.
  • Help with onboarding new partners and ensuring integration into the business.

General

  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely and efficient project execution.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners.
  • Serve as a bridge between the global retail team and partners to share the latest information and best practices.
  • Support portfolio brands when needed to assess opportunities and new partners/markets.
  • Support franchise partners with ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • Support the Head of Global Franchise with ad-hoc requests as needed.

Training

This role targets younger talents and includes an element of a training program, exposing the successful candidate to various opportunities to learn different skills within the franchise team. They will be coached by senior team members and exposed to multiple areas of the business, including leasing/portfolio analysis, franchise contracts, negotiations, merchandising, digital, controlling, business case and analytics, and leadership.
