- Ansvarar för att kundupplevelsen är av högsta klass.
- Verkar tillsammans med teamet för att förbättra processerna.
- Minst 2 års erfarenhet av sälj, account manager eller en liknande roll.
- En naturlig förmåga att bygga förtroende och kommunicera tydligt.
- Erfarenhet av att hantera flera kundärenden samtidigt och hitta effektiva lösningar.
- Ett starkt driv att arbeta mot tydliga mål och förbättra processer.
- Flytande svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
