Som Customer Success Manager ansvarar du för att övervaka vår kunds upplevelse och se till att den är optimal.

Uppgifter
  • Sammanställer information om våra kunders behov och önskemål.
  • Provdigerar strategier för att säkra våra kunders lojalitet.
  • Ansvarar för att kundupplevelsen är av högsta klass.
  • Verkar tillsammans med teamet för att förbättra processerna.
Kompetenskrav
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet av sälj, account manager eller en liknande roll.
  • En naturlig förmåga att bygga förtroende och kommunicera tydligt.
  • Erfarenhet av att hantera flera kundärenden samtidigt och hitta effektiva lösningar.
  • Ett starkt driv att arbeta mot tydliga mål och förbättra processer.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
