We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Growth Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth, profitability, and budgets of assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management:
    • You will own and manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely budget reporting to management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • You will act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services, building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Client Delivery Oversight:
    • You will lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.
  • Business Coordination:
    • You will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Account Performance Tracking:
    • You will forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual performance, ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years of account management experience is required.
    • At least 2 years of project management experience is also necessary.
    • Previous management experience is highly valued.
  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • The ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently is crucial.
    • A business development mindset with a creative approach to finding win-win solutions is necessary.
    • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
