We are seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager for Sweden who will be based in the Stockholm area. This role requires proven success in building and running complex enterprise businesses with and through partners.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment and be able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate.

This position involves expanding relationships with existing partners and recruiting new ones. You will establish and execute sales plans and go-to-market strategies to grow revenue in accordance with quota targets.

Key responsibilities include working with reseller partners, system integrators, managed services partners, distribution, AWS, GCP, and Splunk Village. You will create strategic relationships with senior decision makers within our key partners and manage partner communication on products and service offerings.

Additionally, you will provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast, attend sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows, and develop Management Objective Plans with all partners aligning goals and objectives consistent with corporate strategy.
