Sales Systems Manager Lead

HVD Group is undergoing rapid growth, both organically and through acquisitions. To facilitate continued expansion, we need a Sales Systems Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders in Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify business needs and drive improvements in scalable system solutions.
  • Salesforce Development: Maintain a prioritized roadmap for future developments and integrations in Salesforce, leveraging external consultants as needed.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage IT vendor relationships, including vendor selections, benchmarking, and negotiations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage 1 direct report, ensuring they deliver quality work in a timely manner and communicate with stakeholders on timelines and status.
