About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Stockholm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing our relationship with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth of the existing customer base.

  1. You will be the main contact / overall responsible for customer relationships with existing customers.
  2. You will be overall responsible for the agreement, including renewal, commercials, budgeting, forecasting, and securing solid contracts.
  3. You will work closely with existing customers to ensure they get the most out of our solution and ensure customer loyalty.
  4. You will secure that we grow our footprint with existing customers by marketing additional services and licenses, and ensuring successful deliveries.
  5. You will facilitate important strategic and tactical meetings with the customer.
  6. You will play an important role in handling and responding to customer's day-to-day inquiries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or a similar educational background is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Good technical and commercial understanding.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the leasing business.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated by good customer relations and deliveries.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to increase the value of the customer account.
  • A team player who takes ownership and demonstrates responsibility to organize work and solve tasks.
