Job Description:

Customer Success and Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success and Delivery Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing customer satisfaction across Europe and the US.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Success and Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery and ongoing support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are satisfied with Sting Capital's solutions and services.
Project Management and Delivery:
  • Oversee the delivery of Sting Capital's wildlife management solutions, ensuring successful implementation, onboarding, and training.
Ongoing Customer Support and Optimization:
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, ensuring they are fully utilizing the platform and gaining value from the product.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success, project management, or client services, ideally in a technology-driven company.
  • Strong background in managing customer relationships, delivering complex projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects and customers across different markets.
