Vad du kommer att göra
Som Business Manager på Vimla får du en unik möjlighet att driva och utveckla försäljning i ett snabbväxande och innovativt företag. Du kommer att vara en central del av vårt Sales & Marketing team och spela en nyckelroll i att forma och driva vår affärsutveckling. Med stort inflytande på vår tillväxt och kundupplevelse, kommer du att arbeta för att nå våra försäljningsmål och skapa långsiktiga relationer. Vi söker en resultatorienterad och analytisk Business Manager som är redo att ta ansvar för att utveckla och driva vår affär framåt.
Primära ansvarområden för den här rollen handlar om uppföljning och analys av säljintag, utvärdering och kravställning av kampanjer, optimering av säljdrivande aktiviteter och identifiering och implementering av nya säljkanaler. Du kommer att driva projekt tillsammans med personer i teamet och med andra delar av organisationen för att säkerställa att vi levererar på våra mål. Rollen ställer höga krav på din analytiska förmåga samt din förmåga att skapa struktur och engagemang i organisationen för att arbeta mot gemensamma mål.
Rollen inkluderar att:
* Ansvara för löpande monitorering, uppföljning och analys av säljresultat för att säkerställa att vi levererar mot forecast
* Ansvara för att ta fram forecast baserat på resultat och trender
* Optimera befintliga säljkanaler och partnerrelationer för att effektivisera säljintag och säljkostnader
* Identifiera, testa och utvärdera nya säljkanaler och säljpartners för att effektivisera säljintag och säljkostnader
* Insikt i värdet av att skapa en bra kundupplevelse och starkt varumärke för befintliga och nya kunder
Vi söker dig som har
För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du brinner för affärer och har ett starkt sinne för vad som krävs för att utveckla befintlig och ny kundbas. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av finansiell modellering och bakgrund inom att ta fram och hantera business cases och genomföra finansiella analyser. Du har en bra balans mellan det strategiska och det operativa arbetet och en god förståelse i hur man leder och koordinerar säljprojekt med flera intressenter och avdelningar. Med hög grad av struktur i ditt arbete har du en förmåga att identifiera och lösa problem, samtidigt som du driver verksamheten mot nya mål och resultat.
