Job Description:Alfa Laval Business Unit - Water, Wind and Fuel Solutions in Tumba is looking for a Product Sales Manager PureBallast.
The Product Sales Manager PureBallast is responsible for supporting our sales companies and customers to become successful and more competitive, by adding value to their business and ultimately grow our Service business.
PureBallast is a Ballast Water Treatment system that is used to manage the ballast water on large vessels. This system helps prevent the spread of invasive species by treating the water taken on board for stability. By removing or neutralizing potentially harmful organisms, ballast water treatment systems contribute to the protection of marine ecosystems.
This position participates in formulating and developing our PureBallast service strategies and tactics based on thorough customer insight and our business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Support sales growth by development of new service offerings.
- Implementation and training for sales companies and customers regarding our Service.
- Drive sales tools implementation and development based on market needs and trends.
- Setting up and maintaining contracts together with internal stakeholders.
- Create business development plans based on the sales company strategy and targets.
The work location is in Tumba, Sweden. You will be expected to travel 40 days per year.
You have:
- Strong business acumen.
- Track record from sales development and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recognize opportunities, from customers' and sales companies needs and turn them into solutions.
- Proven track record within the maritime industry and managerial roles.
