Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at BCB Medical. In this key role, you will drive the sales of our innovative product portfolio to regional healthcare organizations across Sweden.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a results-driven approach, and in-depth knowledge of the Swedish public healthcare sector. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to build strong relationships and achieve successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the public sector, specifically with Swedish regional healthcare procurement units
