Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to drive sales with existing and new customers in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth within assigned territory.
- BUILD and develop all sales activities for the sale of Calabrio products and services.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and identify key revenue opportunities.
- Develop strategic relationships with customers and partners.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to effectively manage opportunities.
- Demonstrate high levels of initiative and activity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cloud-based software sales.
- Direct sales experience in WFO/Call Center industry is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Ability to travel primarily in the Nordic countries up to 40%.
