We are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join Novare Search & Selections' Financial Crime Prevention business. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth of our Financial Crime Prevention offerings in European markets.

The ideal candidate will have a high pace, flexible position that gives them the opportunity to build new business and develop clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on generating new sales leads and opportunities in European markets.
  • Own and drive cases throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to signing.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to drive lead-generating activities.
  • Assess new sales partnership opportunities, attract new relevant partners, and run pipeline growth with selected partners to support their international sales growth.
  • Actively contribute to develop and refine our go-to-market strategy.
Background and Experience
  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience that enables you to navigate through banking and IT businesses.
  • Documented experience in selling financial software or SaaS and/or complex solutions internationally.
  • A genuine interest in financial crime prevention and want to position yourself as a trusted advisor in your business relationship.
  • Strong negotiating skills with experience handling complex contracts.
  • Fluency in English; Scandinavian language is a merit.

This is a natural self-starter with a passion for sales and business development who thrives in high-paced environments, takes ownership of work, and enjoys building strong relationships. With a positive attitude and attention to detail, they're confident in navigating long-term, complex sales cycles and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
