Om tjänsten
Som Sales Consultant kommer du att ha en central roll i att utveckla och stärka relationerna med distributörers butikspersonal. Genom att förstå deras behov och utmaningar kommer du att utbilda och vägleda dem för att maximera försäljningen av företagets produkter. Ditt arbete innefattar även att säkerställa en optimal produktpresentation i butiksmiljö.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:
• Bygga och bibehålla starka relationer med butikspersonal hos distributörer.
• Förstå butikernas utbildningsbehov och identifiera tillväxtmöjligheter.
• Presentera och demonstrera produkternas fördelar på ett pedagogiskt och övertygande sätt.
• Säkerställa att butikspersonal har rätt kunskap och verktyg för att sälja produkterna.
• Arbeta för att produkterna exponeras på bästa sätt i butikerna.
• Samarbeta med interna team för att säkerställa en smidig kundupplevelse.
Om dig
Vi söker dig som är affärsdriven, kommunikativ och har en god förståelse för försäljning inom den personliga skydds- eller industrisektorn. Du trivs i en roll där du får kombinera utbildning och rådgivning med aktiv försäljning.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du:
• Flera års erfarenhet av försäljning, gärna inom personlig skyddsutrustning eller industri.
• Starka kommunikations- och relationsbyggande färdigheter.
• Förmåga att skapa förtroende och leverera högkvalitativ kundservice.
• Goda kunskaper i MS Office och CRM-system.
• Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
• Möjlighet och vilja att resa regelbundet inom ansvarsområdet.
Meriterande kvalifikationer:
• Erfarenhet av tekniska eller ingenjörsmässiga miljöer.
• Kommersiellt affärssinne och strategiskt tänkande.
• Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och i en dynamisk arbetsmiljö.
• Ett proaktivt och nätverkande arbetssätt.
