About the Role

We are looking for a sales professional to join our team in Stockholm. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You will interact daily with top decision-makers and work independently with the sales team.

The ideal candidate is result-oriented, sales-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy challenges, this role is perfect for you.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Prospecting: Perform daily cold calling and other outreach activities to approach potential customers and schedule meetings.
  2. Network Development: Establish relationships with key players in the Swedish market.
  3. Sales Meetings: Lead customer meetings with sales presentations and negotiate deals.
  4. Customer Analysis: Identify customer needs in online communications and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  6. Implementation Support: Assist new customers during the implementation phase of our software products.
  7. Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and support.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent communication skills in Swedish for effective customer interactions.
  2. Previous experience in sales, customer management, or project management. Alternatively, an academic background in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields is highly desirable.
  3. Result-driven and self-motivated individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Independent work style with a focus on meeting sales targets and numbers.
  5. Team player who supports colleagues and seeks guidance when needed.
  6. Open-minded attitude and drive to learn, develop, and grow professionally.
