Location: Southern Sweden or Denmark

You will lead a talented team of four sales representatives, guiding them to achieve our sales goals while being responsible for our annual sales forecast. This position requires approximately 50% travel within the Nordic region, with a few occasional trips outside. While this is primarily an office-based role, we offer flexibility for remote work to support your work-life balance.

  1. Inspire and Lead: Motivate our dynamic Nordic sales team to achieve goals, focusing on performance and professional growth.
  2. Drive Results: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our vision, ensuring we meet and exceed financial targets.
  3. Build Strong Partnerships: Leverage your relationship-building skills to engage distributors and key partners, closing significant agreements that benefit all.
  4. Stay Ahead of the Game: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to keep us at the forefront of innovation in livestock health.
  5. Collaborate Across Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing and development of cutting-edge products and services.
  6. Maximize Profitability: Strategically set pricing that drives profitability while staying competitive in the market.
  7. Cultivate Connections: Build and nurture relationships internally and externally to create opportunities that help us grow together.

  1. Experience: Several years in a leader/managing role within the agriculture business.
  2. Skillset: Proven track record in budget management and exceptional communication skills. We value leaders who can inspire and coach their teams.
