The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Security Solutions Commercialization Lead for Nordics and Baltics to join our team. As a key driver of growth for Mastercard, this role will provide cutting-edge services that help our customers thrive.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the Security Solutions product portfolio in the market, ensuring it meets customer needs and remains competitive.
- Execute global initiatives to improve the security and resilience of Mastercard transactions, aligning with regulatory environments.
- Maximize customer value by leading solution optimization and usage, leveraging our Customer Success organization.
- Participate in new product developments, driving initial customer engagement and facilitating tests and early deployments.
- Support Services Business Development efforts to generate incremental growth through sales process contributions.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise by participating in community and industry events.
- Partner with Services and Products organizations to bundle initiatives and deliver a unified value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with account management teams to support Security Solutions products performances and evolutions.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in driving product development and commercialization efforts, aligning with new product requirements.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and product champion, presenting compelling propositions to senior stakeholders.
