About the role

The Security Manager will also act as the security peer to our clients in this location. They will be responsible for building on existing relationships and/or creating new ones within the client ecosystem to become a key advisor and strengthen relationships.
The Security Manager will also support in demonstrating the value, real-life use, and the ongoing development of our Digital portfolio, as it pertains to a security user. They will help to embed our Digital solutions within our clients and act as a technical counterpart in helping enhance the value of these services with support from the region's Digital Solutions Advisor (DSA).

Key responsibilities

  1. Be the security subject matter expert and partner for the commercial team in Nordics. To work closely with the Business Development Managers (BDMs)/ Directors to identify New Business opportunities, nurture them and drive acquisition of new logos and to work closely with the Key Account Managers (KAMs)/Directors to increase client stickiness and identify further opportunities for growth with that client (through consulting or other services).
  2. Support BDMs and KAMs to retain and strengthen our current partnership with clients, including actively participating in the development of the account plans to drive account growth.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert on security for Workforce Resilience programs and consulting solutions; attend meetings with clients and prospects to scope solutions and drive positive client engagement from the outset.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on our Digital solutions helping our security audience to leverage value and help to drive utilisation in the region, in collaboration with our DSAs.
  5. Identify Security Consulting and Managed Services opportunities in collaboration with the regional Consulting Practice and Nordics Commercial team.

About you

  • Experience in security: corporate, consulting, military, police, intelligence, NGO, disaster management or relevant field of academia.
  • Business development related experience advantageous.
  • Extensive international experience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written in a Scandinavian language (e.g. Swedish / Danish / Finnish / Norwegian).
