We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Sales Hunter for Sweden to acquire new business for our software-based SCALAR Fleet Management Solutions. If you're a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of surpassing targets, we want you on our team. 

What you can look forward to as Sales Executive SCALAR Fleet Management - Nordics (m/f/d)

Prospecting Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline Discovery Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization Opportunity Management Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Customer Relationships: Strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with customer success Feedback: Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns

Your Profile as Sales Executive SCALAR Fleet Management - Nordics (m/f/d):

Proven track record in selling solutions with preferred 4-5 years of work experience. Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results oriented mindset Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment  Fluent in Swedish and English, another Nordic language would be an asset
