We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at 3M in Gothenburg. As a key member of our Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division, you will have the opportunity to drive profitable sales growth and exceed operating plan targets.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement
  • Implement and execute the Automotive Division's Electrification Strategy
  • Lead key account customer engagement and foster strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Elevate commercial acumen and contribute to the development of global customer management initiatives

About You:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience in the automotive sector (min. 3-4 years)
  • Strong track record of managing complex products and global customer relationships
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Commercial acumen and ability to analyze business opportunities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience

Travel Expectations:

Moderate travel expectations, up to 50% of the time, may include domestic and international trips.
