High-Growth Sales Leader

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at 3M in Gothenburg. As a key member of our Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division, you will have the opportunity to drive profitable sales growth and exceed operating plan targets.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement
- Implement and execute the Automotive Division's Electrification Strategy
- Lead key account customer engagement and foster strong relationships with stakeholders
- Elevate commercial acumen and contribute to the development of global customer management initiatives
About You:
- Proven sales and marketing experience in the automotive sector (min. 3-4 years)
- Strong track record of managing complex products and global customer relationships
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Commercial acumen and ability to analyze business opportunities
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary package of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience

Travel Expectations:
Moderate travel expectations, up to 50% of the time, may include domestic and international trips.
