About the Role
You will drive all sales initiatives across the Nordic region, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong understanding of the Nordic market and a proven track record in sales management.If you are a motivated and result-driven individual, we have an exciting career progression plan for you.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company Order Intake goals. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential. Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as a part of the FlexLink Nordic management team. Be responsible for selected customers and directly drive all related commercial activities.
What You Need to Be Successful
Experience working in the automation / industrial machinery/ intralogistics industry (or similar) Proven track record of success in Sales Management. Solid experience in Value-Based Sales. Strong understanding of the Nordic market and its dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Proficient in CRM software. Willingness to travel within the Nordic region. Degree in EngineeringOur Offer
