Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter- Kundrelationer: Bygga och upprätthålla starka, långsiktiga relationer med nyckelkunder. Fungera som den primära kontakten för specifika nyckelkunder. Regelbundet kommunicera med kunder för att förstå deras behov och krav.
- Strategisk Planering: Utveckla och implementera strategiska planer för att uppnå försäljningsmål och kundtillfredsställelse. Identifiera och driva affärsmöjligheter hos befintliga och nya kunder. Samordna interna resurser för att uppfylla kundernas behov och överträffa deras förväntningar.
- Försäljning och Förhandling: Ansvara för att uppnå försäljningsmål och budgetar. Förbereda och genomföra försäljningspresentationer och förhandlingar. Utarbeta och följa upp avtal och kontrakt med kunder.
- Marknadsanalys och Rapportering: Förse CCO med regelbundna rapporter om kundernas status och framtidsutsikter.
- Kundsupport: Säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet genom att proaktivt lösa problem och hantera kundklagomål. Samarbeta med den operationella verksamheten och andra avdelningar för att leverera bästa möjliga service.
Kandidatexamen inom företagsekonomi, marknadsföring eller motsvarande är meriterande. Minst 5 års erfarenhet av försäljning, med bevisad framgång som Key Account Manager eller liknande roll. Erfarenhet av BPO är meriterande. Erfarenhet av att hantera nyckelkunder och förhandla komplexa avtal.
Kompetenser och Färdigheter- Starka interpersonella och kommunikationsfärdigheter.
- Utmärkta förhandlings- och presentationsfärdigheter.
- Förmåga att analysera data och marknadstrender.
- Självständig och resultatorienterad med starka organisatoriska färdigheter.
- Flytande i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Ytterligare språkkunskaper är meriterande.
- Stark kundfokus och förmåga att bygga långsiktiga relationer.
- Hög affärsmässig förståelse och strategiskt tänkande.
- Proaktiv och lösningsorienterad.
- Flexibel och anpassningsbar i en dynamisk arbetsmiljö.
Innehav av körkort är ett krav och möjlighet att resa inom och utanför Sverige vid behov.
