About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Swedish team and drive the growth of Amazon's third-party business in selected categories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of up to 4-8 Account Managers to deliver on financial goals for Seller Recruitment and Seller Account Management in the Swedish Marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve business and financial objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions
  • Act as the country lead for one of our critical Account Management programs
  • Share learning with global counterparts to drive best practices and identify new opportunities
  • Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of team performance and actions to accelerate growth
  • Work closely with Category teams to identify category-specific growth opportunities
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language (preferably Swedish or any other Nordic Language)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related degree required
  • 10 years of working experience in management consulting, product management, or sales management
  • Track record in people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills (including advanced Excel and database analysis)
Preferred Qualifications
  • High level of academic achievement at degree level
  • Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Strong business judgment, proven ability to influence others
  • Experience using CRM tools
