Sales Commission Manager

About the RoleThe Sales Commissions Manager will be responsible for designing and optimizing sales commissioning processes from quota setting to commission pay-out. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales commission frameworks, and experience with sales incentives and compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize sales commissioning processes to ensure accurate and timely calculations.
- Partner with regional and global teams to ensure compliance with sales commission regulations.
- Work closely with RevOps and FP&A teams to harmonize and optimize sales commission frameworks.
- Identify requirements and gaps in data, mechanics, metrics, and calculation principles to drive improvements.
- Design global governance frameworks and approval processes to ensure compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales commissioning processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in sales commission management, FP&A, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong experience with sales compensation and commission principles, financial and business analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose creative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with multi-functional leadership.
