International Sales Manager

- International digital service providers
- International IT service providers
- Large corporate clients

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Manager with experience in international B2B sales to strengthen our market presence globally, with a focus on the U.S. market. This role is pivotal in driving Conapto's sales growth, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and securing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Conapto's sales efforts, with a primary focus on the U.S. market
- Execute strategic sales plans targeting new and existing clients
- Conduct sales processes in English, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the entire sales process
- Independently manage sales activities, demonstrating self-leadership, motivation, and initiative
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their specific needs
- Effectively close deals and secure contracts to drive Conapto's growth
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual with a proven track record in international sales, specifically in the U.S. or Europe. The right candidate will be a skilled communicator in both Swedish and English, capable of building lasting relationships with clients and has the motivation and drive to navigate long sales cycles.
