Job Title: Sales Manager

At Minnovation International AB, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our mobile crane sales efforts in Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and market share in Finland.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships and market segments to expand our customer base.
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Organize marketing events to promote our brand and product awareness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and collaborate with our RD team to innovate and develop new products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in cranes sales.
  • High-level technical and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Open-minded personality, strong communication skills, and a team player attitude.
  • Ability to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays, and a valid driving license.
