About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our business in Japan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
