About the Role

Broadridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team in the Nordic region. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy

Work closely with our Business leadership and Product teams to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities

Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities in the Nordic region, and drive increased revenue opportunities from existing clients.

Lead the Sales Process

Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including initial contact and prospect qualification, presenting service offerings to identified prospects, and negotiating contract pricing.

Manage and Maintain Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Provide Education and Training

Provide education and training to our internal salesforce and other internal teams to drive internal cross-selling and improve sales performance.

Other Duties

Perform other duties as reasonably required to support the success of our business.

Requirements
  1. Deep Experience in Software Vendor Sales

Deep experience in software vendor sales or consultative sales within the financial services industry.

Existing Network in the Region

Existing network within regional Tier 2 banks and institutions in the Nordics.

Industry Product Expertise

Overall industry product expertise, including deployment/commercial models, competitive landscape, and specific working knowledge of front, middle, and back office solutions.

Proven Track Record

Proven track record of successfully developing new business, with a result-driven mindset.

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent customer service, listening, and negotiation skills, as well as strong collaboration/teamwork skills.

Relevant Education

Relevant undergraduate degree, and fluency in Swedish and English (essential).
