About the Position

We are seeking a strong and experienced leader for the role of Sales Director Solution Sales SMB Nordics to drive the company's transformation journey. As a key player, you will lead the sales organization within Solution Sales, comprising Sales Managers, Solution Sales Specialists, Solution Architects, and Competence Area Leads. You will be responsible for around 60 team members, with 6 direct reports. The role has a Nordic responsibility, with local sales teams and specialists in each country. You will have total budget responsibility for the Solution Sales organization in the Nordic region.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to motivate, encourage, and coach others. You are a people person with the strength and determination to drive change, engage employees, and create processes and structures that stimulate a successful sales culture and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales organization within Solution Sales, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage a team of Sales Managers, Solution Sales Specialists, Solution Architects, and Competence Area Leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a complex structure.
  • Excellent knowledge of service sales, preferably within IT.
  • Strong leadership skills within sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in a Nordic language and English.
