About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Sales Director to lead our business growth in Japan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Japan
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in Japan
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2C-oriented industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and commercial instincts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • European/Japanese with experience in studying and living abroad
