Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our mobile crane sales efforts in Finland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and develop new products
  • Collect and analyze market data to inform sales strategies
  • Organize marketing events to promote our brand and products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in crane sales
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly
