At Minnovation International AB, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale and marketing of mobile cranes in Finland.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collect and analyze market data to identify business opportunities.
- Organize marketing events to promote the brand and product awareness.
- Collaborate with the RD team to innovate and develop new products.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in cranes sales.
- High-level technical and analytical skills, problem-solving mindset.
- Open-minded personality, strong communicator, team player.
- Valid driving license.
