About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our team at Proposales AB. As a Sales Area Manager, you will play a critical role in further developing and defining the sales playbook for your region(s), driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas, working closely with the sales team to execute the go-to-market strategy for dedicated regions and products.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive sales performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance using key metrics from a well-managed CRM, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the hospitality and SaaS industries, with a deep understanding of the business challenges and pain points.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with high-level external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to understand and interpret technology quickly, with the ability to explain it fluently to customers.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
