In this role, you will have a consultative approach, helping customers to develop and optimize their processes, thereby improving their competitiveness. You will primarily work with company executives, electrical and engineering managers, and R&D and automation managers. You will work towards an individual budget, responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. You will be part of a dynamic team of 35 people, where we support each other to succeed in our roles.
About YouWe are looking for someone with several years of experience in technical sales and a background in electrical, automation, or a related field. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you have the opportunity to drive and develop sales activities both independently and together with driven sales colleagues. You will be in contact with decision-makers at all levels of the customer. In your role, you want to create long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust and value creation for the customer. The work requires high levels of independence, taking your own initiatives, and being flexible while focusing on results and working strategically. The role involves some travel days with many exciting customer meetings, trade shows, and developing networks. Finally, you should be comfortable and proficient in using English in your work. We also place great emphasis on your personality for this role.
