Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Implement strategies to boost sales and revenue across stores, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing customer conversion rates.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure consistent, exceptional customer experiences by collaborating with store managers on personalized service, merchandising, and seamless omnichannel solutions.
  • Oversee Store Operations: Maintain operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, optimizing staffing, and guiding store managers in inventory, merchandising, and compliance.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor store managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture while encouraging career growth and skill development.
