Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Digital Sales Channel Manager to join our Online Business Development Team at KappAhl Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize user experience and conversion rates across our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and convert visitors into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with IT, Online teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Lead business development assignments and initiatives, analyzing and prioritizing tasks to achieve strategic goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic qualifications and several years of experience in similar roles within online business development.
  • Excellent understanding of trends, behaviors, and technological developments within the digital arena.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
