Medical Sales and Business Development Opportunity

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  2. Identify, analyze, and pursue new customers while maintaining existing relationships.

  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.

  4. Provide clinical support and product knowledge to medical and surgical professionals.

  5. Pursue potential new customers through various channels.

  6. Ensure seamless order follow-up and customer satisfaction.

  7. Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer service levels.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or related.

  • Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.

  • A diploma/degree in fields like business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, or healthcare is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.

  • A valid driver's license for regular customer visits.
