Photonics and Electronics Business Developer

- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of existing industrial customers.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices to secure orders.
- Collaborate closely with partners, business line managers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Travel extensively throughout the Nordic region, visiting customers at their sites and premises, with an estimated 30-40 hotel nights per year.
- A bachelor's degree in physics, electronics, or optoelectronics, with a strong technical background and sales experience in electronics and/or optical technologies.
- Excellent understanding of electronic and optical technologies, combined with a sensitivity for business processes and strong communication skills.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and independent approach, with excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; Finnish is a significant asset. A valid driver's license is required.
