Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing industrial customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads, build strong relationships with suppliers, and negotiate prices to secure orders.
  • Collaborate closely with partners, business line managers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel extensively throughout the Nordic region, visiting customers at their sites and premises, with an estimated 30-40 hotel nights per year.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in physics, electronics, or optoelectronics, with a strong technical background and sales experience in electronics and/or optical technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of electronic and optical technologies, combined with a sensitivity for business processes and strong communication skills.
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and independent approach, with excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; Finnish is a significant asset. A valid driver's license is required.
