
Business Expansion Specialist

In this role, you will contribute to driving growth and innovation in the Nordics business. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, and analyzing data to identify whitespace opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop Business Strategies: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and innovation in the Nordics market.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Retail & Away from Home, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.
- Analyze Data: Analyze data to identify whitespace opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered a plus.
- +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Business Development/Key Account Management, experience from FMCG Retail is a plus.
- Experience with Distributors, E-commerce, Whitespace, Nordic countries, and Retail channel.
