We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead our expansion in Sweden. As a key member of our Management Team, you will develop and execute short- and long-term strategies aligned with the Group CEO's vision, driving financial performance and sustainable growth in the Swedish market.
About the Opportunity:The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and operational excellence. You will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and ensure financial health and profitability while securing operational excellence in clinics.
Main Objectives:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to accelerate market penetration
- Lead through managers as the team expands, ensuring financial health and profitability
- Secure operational excellence in clinics, driving financial performance and sustainable growth in the Swedish market

- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of success
- In-depth knowledge of B2C and related marketing initiatives
