Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profitability growth across Electrolux Home & Shop partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and store owners.
  • Coach and support franchisees to achieve success in the ever-changing retail landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to maximize sales, efficiency, and brand compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize commercial offers and create tailored ranges to drive sales and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Swedish and excellent English language skills.
