We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our franchises and shop-in-shop locations in northern Sweden. As a key member of our retail organization, you will work closely with franchisees and store owners to drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee franchises and shop-in-shop locations in northern Sweden.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and store owners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide coaching and advisory services to franchisees to support their success.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in commercial roles, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Swedish and excellent English language skills.
