Our D2C Ecommerce team in Europe APACMEA is focused on developing new routes to market, delivering profitable growth for Electrolux.
About the Position:
We are seeking a talented E-commerce Sales Strategy Manager to drive business growth across our D2C channels. As an E-commerce Sales Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce sales strategies to steer business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing e-commerce sales strategies to drive business growth across D2C channels
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize areas of improvement through the complete shopping funnel
- Making data-driven decisions to optimize the conversion funnel using historical data and predictive analytics
- Driving a rapid test-and-learn cadence for rolling out data-driven conversion strategies
- Contributing to the D2C Personalization strategy from an analytical and optimization point of view
- Supporting adequate reporting on key metrics and aspects of the E-commerce channel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or similar
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Previous experience driving conversion optimization and e-commerce sales
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in web analytics tools like GA and ContentSquare
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered a merit)
