The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Line Wellbeing Controller, playing a critical role in driving financial success for the product category Wellbeing & SDA within the Business Area Europe - APMEA (BA EA). As a 360-business controller, you will be responsible for supporting and challenging Category Directors in long- and short-term financial analysis, follow-up, and decisions.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability for the product category Wellbeing & SDA.
  • Collaborate with Category Directors to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to address these challenges.
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost optimization and suggest strategies to reduce expenses without compromising business performance.
Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new business processes that meet the evolving needs of the company.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in economics, business management, or finance.
  • Several years of business experience with solid expertise in Controlling.
  • A strong understanding of financial and business processes, including operations, sales, and marketing.
  • A proactive and reactive mindset enabling efficient work in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues fostering an open, supportive, and learning-oriented team environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
