Field Sales Optimization Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and multicultural environment where you will be responsible for enhancing the sales organization's efficiency, supporting the implementation of sales programs, and driving performance through strategic leadership.
As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will contribute to the development and execution of sales processes that maximize productivity, align with business objectives, and ensure the long-term growth of Lindt's premium chocolate brand.
The position is located in Lindt & Sprüngli's Nordic Headquarters in Stockholm, where you will report to the Sales Director Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales field force to implement objectives that reflect the company's business goals
- Develop and drive sales process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and develop new tools as needed
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all sales personnel are equipped with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
