Digital Sales Optimization Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping conversion-centric customer experiences while driving growth and profitability across our global platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a desire to be hands-on operational, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. They will oversee one of our teams comprising E-commerce Analysts and Specialists, collaborating to provide a seamless customer journey that optimizes sales and improves the overall user experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and coach a team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Drive Growth: Execute on e-commerce strategies and initiatives to boost conversion rates, profitability, and other KPIs globally.
- Optimize User Journeys: Continuously refine on-site sales tactics and customer journeys to enhance user experiences and drive sales.
- Analyze and Act: Use web analytics to understand customer behavior and identify actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate for Innovation: Partner with Product Owners, UX designers, and Tech Leads to set requirements and prioritize feature development.
Requirements:
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to inspire, coach, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical Expertise: Strong data-driven mindset with experience setting KPIs and overachieving sales targets.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
- E-commerce Experience: Minimum of 3 years in e-commerce with a track record of delivering sales growth and successful site optimizations.
- Performance Marketing: Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics and tactics.
- Technical Know-How: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, UX design collaboration, and feature development.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
