Channel Development Lead

Pernod Ricard Sweden is seeking a Trade Activation and Advocacy Manager to lead our on-trade marketing efforts and drive engagement for iconic brands.
About the PositionThis role involves planning and executing on-trade marketing initiatives, managing brand education programs, and leading a team of passionate Spirits Brand Ambassadors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing on-trade brand activations for spirits and supporting activations for wines.
- Designing and delivering brand education and tasting programs for customers.
- Managing the annual point-of-sale material process and optimizing costs for stock and warehousing.
- Coaching and developing a team of Brand Ambassadors and a Trade Marketing & Sales Coordinator, fostering collaboration, and setting clear objectives.
- Maintaining awareness of competitors' activities and identifying new opportunities to strengthen our competitive edge.
This role plays a key part in creating synergies across the Nordic region by optimizing resources and developing shared tools like catalogues and menu materials.

- Comfortable working in an international environment with cross-cultural awareness.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Strong digital and Microsoft Office skills.
