Digital Sales Lead

About the Role- We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Nordic sales team and drive business growth in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations. They will be responsible for handling the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, directly engaging with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side, and collaborating with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (C1 or above), as well as strong analytical skills and a positive achiever attitude. They will be recognized as a thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce, and/or performance marketing industries, capable of building a vision with prospects and establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level.
About the Team
The sales department in the Nordics focuses on boosting clients' businesses by providing top-notch digital advertising solutions with professionalism, integrity, and passion. The team plays a crucial role in bringing the company's innovative products to market, working closely with technical and account management teams to ensure high campaign performance.
What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact
- Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with some of the biggest e-commerce brands in the region;
- Directly engage with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side;
- Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
- Contribute to strategy and growth as a digital market leader in the Nordic region;
- Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
- Participate in major industry events.
